I help busy, professional mothers learn to eat nutrient-dense, whole foods to increase energy, relieve stress, and glow from the inside out. I am certified by the Nutritional Therapy Association as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) and am a certified Whole30® coach. I hold master’s and bachelor’s degrees in accounting from Michigan State University and am a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

I too am a busy, professional mother! I have been a busy, professional mother for over 16 years and a busy professional for over 20 years. I live in Ann Arbor, Michigan with my husband, two sons, and a daughter, as well as a Great Pyrenees and two Maine Coon cats. In the little spare time I have, I enjoy reading, cooking, running, and lifting heavy.
